Lozitar

Lozitar is in constant feud with Ilmater.
Lozitar's followers seek to bring physical or psychological pain and suffering. Followers of Lozitar strive to be charismatic to get close to others and fully understand them, as knowing someone fully could help a follower inflict maximum pain, in one way or another. Lozitar's followers are encouraged to wipe Ilmater's followers from the face of the realms. Clergymen engage in self-flagellation in the morning when praying for spells. They celebrate each new season with with the Rite of Pain and Purity, a ritual involves followers dancing on glass, thorns, or barbed-wire while being whipped by higher-level followers. A smaller ritual occurs every twelve days involves followers passing their bodies through the flames of candles. High-level Lozitan clerics are given the title of "Pain" to show their piety toward their deity.

Your piety score to Chemosh decreases if you diminish the Chemosh’s influence in the world or contradict her ideals through acts such as these:

• Destroying souls
• Artificially extending life

Piety 3+

As a child of pain, you gain the ability to cast inflict wounds with this trait, requiring no material components, a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier(minimum of once). You regain all expended uses of this trait when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for this spell. 

Piety 10+

You can cast vampiric touch with this train, requiring no material components. Once you cast the spell in this way, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
