Children of Imyrwen

With so many varied peoples throughout Yeshilan, it is no wonder that romances sometimes occur across her cultures & races. While some of these unions produce progeny fairly readily, others are much more rare. The reception to such offspring may vary: in some places seen as a lesser outcome then either of their parents lines; in others, a delightful- if rare- curiosity with the combined potential of both sets of ancestors. No matter the case, those born through this fluke of fortune and living a life between two worlds are known as Children of Imyrwen.
While human-borne Half-Elves & Half-Orcs are the most familiar offspring of combined ancestry, there have long been stories of lesser common combinations. Typically, the children take on their mother's stature, but their complexion, hair & eye color, ear shape, and other traits may be a composite of nearly any combination from their dual parentage.
