Half-Elf
"Walking in two worlds but truly belonging to neither, Half-Elves combine the qualities of their Elf and Human parents. To Humans, Half-Elves look like Elves, and to Elves, they look Human. Non-Elves may be distrustful of them due to a history of Elvan territorial expansion by force, concerned the Half-Elves may be used as spies. Elves, particularly those with rank and title, often regard such off-bred children an embarrassment- Humans are considered uncouth compared to the elder race. Many half-elves, unable to fit comfortably into either society, have sought to create their own communities. Others choose lives of solitary wandering or join with other misfits and outcasts in the adventuring life."

Physical Description:
Half-elves have a lighter bone structure than most humans, though a heavier build than the average Elf. Their ears are less long, but still typically have a tell-tale point Men can often grow facial hair, and sometimes grow beards to help mask their elven ancestry. Half-elven eye and hair coloration lie somewhere between their human and elf parents, and thus show a combined variety even more pronounced than that found among either parent's race.
Lifespan: Half-Elves live 150 years on average
Size: The typical Half-Elf is anywhere from 5 to 6 feet tall, and weighs from 100 to 180 pounds.
