The North Sea is a large water mass that divides the lands of Midgard. This sea is dangerous to try to sail directly across, for the sea is unforgiving and takes many days to pass. Creatures lurk in its depths and storms wage at Thor's displeasure. Only a man seeking Hel dare try to pass it.
