Rouen

Rouen is a fishing town located in West Baxis off the shore of a river that leads to Paris. Fishing is the major export for the town. Many of the town folks are fisherman. There is also a tavern and a general goods store. Every fifth day is dedicated to attend the Dawn's Path church.
