Court Wizard

A court wizard has a position of honor in government such as a seat on a city council or royal court, or can act as a personal adviser or hand of the king. They can have any wizard spell prepared at any moment for plot reasons, but almost always has these spells prepared as a source of protection for the monarch:
20th level spellcaster. Spellcasting ability is Intelligence. Spell attack +11 to hit. Spell save DC 19.
