Resident Wizard

A resident wizard has a position of honor in a wealthy manor or prestigious shop, or can act as a personal adviser or magical protector. They can have any wizard spell prepared at any moment for plot reasons, but almost always has these spells prepared as a source of protection for their employer:
8th level spellcaster. Spellcasting ability is Intelligence. Spell attack +7 to hit. Spell save DC 15.
