Dwarf

Dwarves are one of the three prime humanoid races in Yonder, they are said to be the descendants from the first dwarves which were the creations of the god Moradin himself, who is said to have created the first dwarves out of the stone of the Lang Karag mountains.

Dwarves have decent relations with humans and a frosty neutrality with the Elves, many among the dwarves and elves both still remember the origin wars and families are still holding grudges. The fighting in that war was the most fierce between the dwarves and elves so a lingering hostility remains. Mostly the dwarves focus on digging their mines ever deeper into the spine, The deeper they go however the closer they are to incredible danger. The duergar and drow wait in the darkness below watching and biding their time until the dwarves give them a single weak spot to strike at. Also they fight in the north alongside the humans, mostly to preserve relations with Yodenheim and Kords Mark, they have very little interest in the tundra and desolate hills and mountains that far north.

Primarily reside within the Lang Karag mountain range, but many can be found in all parts of Yonder.
