The Raven Queen

Known as Nera to her equals and the other deities, ruler of the kingdom called Letherna in the Shadowfell. She appears as a woman in her early thirties, painfully beautiful, with void black hair, alabaster skin, and eyes that reflect the star-lit depths of the night sky. She is one of the best known Archfey though most on the material plane don’t know of her fey origins. The shadowfell is where she spends most of her time but also must spend some time each cycle at the gloaming court with the other grey nobility. Her power waxes and wanes depending on where she is, while in her own kingdom in the shadowfell she has the power of a fully fledged god, while when seated in the gloaming court as an arbiter her power is of a kind with her other judges, and is still incredibly potent and deadly but not on the same level as a full god. Proper title of address is Queen.
