Malai, Goddess of Duality

Malai by Mochi

The Goddess of Duality is a significant deity in Duvanism, a popular religion with adamnans on Norrab. She stands as the seventh pillar of the Duvan Pantheon, a small but vital group of deities in Duvanism.

Malai stands as the Goddess of Duality. While she is an inherently evil person, she does possess a benevolent personality that takes over at times. The two parts of her person are only visible in her physical form. Her astral form resembles a phoenix, formed entirely of wisps of flames of all colours.

People that worship Malai understand that are neither entirely good, or entirely evil. She has approximately 160 million followers, particularly around the Looming Desert and Sian Lowlands.

She resides on the peak of Monata Vei, one of the tallest mountains within the Algol Mountain Range.
