Cloven Nine

It is whispered that nine influential, devil-worshipping individuals are spreading their malign influence far and wide throughout the Free City of Zobeck.
Their machinations lie behind the acts of many of Zobeck’s gangsters, racketeers and contract killers, and people say they take a drop of blood from their clients, whom they claim to protect, and hold them thereafter forever in the service of their Lord, Asmodeus.
Of late it has been rumoured that at least one among their number has been tempted to defect to a Demon of the Abyss.
