Dreamers of the Black Sun

A secretive and insurgent cult whose activities appear to be based in Wolden and the Dragon Coast. Said to be devotees of the Shadow, who see the blood comet as hailing the impending arrival of the Great Old Ones, they worship the Dark Planet and celebrate the Blight. Many members of the Resistance against the Dragon King have been captured or executed, accused of being members of the Dreamers. A name is associated with the sect; some kind of underground figure, with sinister psychic powers: the Whisperer.
