The D'Nalsi Islands is an archipelago located off the coast of the continent of Aegiyari.
Islands
Lachmeda
The island of Lachmeda is the largest island and the center of both the archipelago and the Empire. The island is currently the home of the Nexus, the megacity which acts as the industrial core of the Empire and its military power.
Surrounding Islands
Broswick
The island of Broswick is a primarily forested island located to the northwest of Lachmeda.
Corneau
The island of Corneau is a volcanic island located to the south of Lachmeda. The volcano, named Mount Callevedionne, has slowly expanded the island over the centuries, with eruptions occuring with shocking regularity. The next eruption is expected within the next few years, though when exactly it will erupt is anyone's guess.
Eastsun
The island of Eastsun is a marshy island located to the west of Lachmeda. While the island itself is rather sparsely populated, the peoples who live there have a storied connection to the birth of the D'Nalsi Empire. Their efforts during the First Era War helped establish the Empire, ensuring their importance to the fledgeling power.
Kindros
The island of Kindros, located only a few miles off the coast of Lachmeda, is the seat of the D'Nalsi Empire, home to its entire Imperial government. Many have commented on the inefficiencies of centering your entire government on an island as small as Kindros, though no Emperor has ever considered proposals to relocate the capital.
Pikmune
The island of Pikmune is a mountainous island located to the southeast of Lachmeda. Thanks to its position at the edge of the archipelago, the island has become a crucial stop for all trade heading in and out of the island. This has proven to be a boon for the island, allowing rather sizeable communities to prosper despite the island's difficult terrain.
Tillnet
The island of Tillnet is a sizeable island located to the northeast of Lachmeda.
Traydine
The island of Traydine is a largely flat island located to the north of Lachmeda. Despite its terrain being conducive to potential construction, the island is currently trapped in a territorial dispute between the D'Nalsi Empire and the nation of Ichos. As such, it does not have a permanent population.
