The Ruins of Glimmerhall

The ruins of Glimmerhall, located within the current-day nation of Zephra, is the last known remnants of the pre-First Era Eladrin Empire. During the reign of the Eladrin Empire, the city was the center of culture and innovation. Following the disappearance of the eladrin, the city would be reinhabited by a tribe of high elves who would go on to form the Glimmerhall Pact, deriving their name from the ruins of the Eladrin city.
