Vokk-Tō

Vokk-Tō is the name given to a theoretical city that existed thousands of years earlier than the first recorded evidence of civilization. The name comes from Draconic, as it is believed the city was constructed by the dragon-kind, and roughly translates to "home of all".

History

According to most records and historians, the city of Glimmerhall was the first "official" city in existence, as the eladrin were the first to establish colonies and record historical events. There are many scholars, however, who disagree with these reports, suggesting that the Dragon Lords that ruled over Yrnath in its infancy would have been the first to establish a settlement. While virtually no evidence existed to support these claims when they were first made, those who believe in the existence of the city have launched a number of expeditions to locate the potential ruins of the city. These endeavors have discovered a number of other settlements in the process, many of which provide additional context that would suggest the eladrin had at least some assistance in the construction of their first settlements.
