Governor Atrokyns

A sahuagin man who has expanded the region recently to add in several sahuagin villages. He was a Trisha appointee due in part to his expansion efforts and the previous governor turning traitor for the Imperial Fist. There was another governor in the interim years (a dragonborn woman) but she retired to join a colony of dragonborn making a new home on a distant island.
