A criminal gang based in the All Capitol. Their members are primarily made up of scaled races (Dragonborn, Lizardfolk, Sahuagin, Koa-toa, Kobolds, Tortles, etc).

They are based in the northern section of the city, and have recently begun rapidly expanding and buying up real estate.

They have a loose rivalry with the Veldasquo family.
