Tuile - The Spring Prince

The Greater Fey that rules over Spring. Like other Greater Fey, he looks like an elongated elf, tall with long ears, longer faces, and an ethereal,otherworldly appearance. He looks like a younger man, with a slightly androgynous appearance. His skin is a light green, and his hair a tangled mess of branches, stems, and flowers. He is dressed in a cloak and armor made from verdant green leaves. He primarily uses a bow, and even more than that, his own charms and magical tricks.
His personality is fun-loving and care-free, quick to flirt and welcome in what's new and fun. When meeting Opal for the first time, he welcomed her enthusiastically and wasted no time in voicing his advances.
He was the second to fight Opal, Raina, and Ira in Tatiana's test for them, and generally toyed with them and played around, charming some of them, and teleporting around. He tried to surrender at the end, but had irritated them so much, they finished him off anyway.
