Harapeca
Harapeca is an ancient nation that's been around for millennia and in it's time the nation itself became more involved in creating the arts and music than advancing society forward. The government in Harapeca is incredibly lax and has been for centuries, never once has the nation had to engage in a war and instead chooses to either give the opposing side what they desire or come to a compromise of sorts. The people of this nation are also a very relaxed group since the king has an attitude of being by the people and for the people, instating laws that simply prevent the worst of crimes. There are very few officials that control the people and even the king himself allows you to call him by his nickname Rin and simply walk into his chamber. The people of the country have come to love Rin as he's been around for the past two centuries. Over those centuries he's held many parties in the government chambers and has been known to go bar hopping almost weekly with random citizens. Surprisingly there is no crime to speak of and a very small class disparity, most people make their living by creating art and textiles instead of doing office jobs and manual labor. Historically almost every famous artist was either born in Harapeca or learned their craft in Harapeca with most of the rulers and famous adventurers going to Harapeca to get themselves sculpted or painted. The climate is tropical with a jungle inland but, a huge beach that wraps around the island taking up almost 40% of their land mass. Many houses are villas, all of the roads are cobblestone and overall every town is incredibly scenic.
