Infernal

Infernals are a race with skin made of brimstone and a core made of flames that originated from the wilds. They are slightly shorter than yumans with gray skin and heat points on their body like their cheeks that glow a soft orange. Infernals are one of the few races that can sustain themselves in the wilds as all they need to consume are carbon based compounds. They live to 150 years old but this can be shortened by spending too much time in moist or cold climates. This race is widely looked down upon for an ancient conflict with the descendants that took place over 1000 years ago. This race typically spends most of it's time in the wilds due to the fact that most societies won't even let an infernal inside their walls. Despite being painted as the "bad guys" of history they are actually quite a welcoming race with typically good ideals and a mostly docile nature. The main reason for their docile nature is because if they feel an emotion that is too intense, will take on the form of an angered, thoughtless beast called a corrupt infernal with enhanced strength and dexterity. There's recently been a movement within their community to find their own spire to claim as their own to catch up to the rest of civilization.
