Latis

Latis are one of the oldest races who've watched the rise and fall of the world many times over. These half dragon, half bird race who've had intelligence for a long time but, choose to live free and wander the world. Latis are on average 6-7 feet tall who have feathers and scales all over, their colors are diverse and mostly depend on the area the latis is from. It is common for a latis to have traveled the world many times over in their lifetime of 200 years. Latis are the oldest race and have seen the rise and fall of all types of empires, they are unconcerned with world politics and boundaries as they know it will all fall eventually. The race itself dedicates most of it's time jumping from country to country seeing what the world has to offer at the current moment, if something catches it's interest it may stay for a while. A latis will typically only make friends with other latis and they would travel the world together until they decide that they must part ways. A latis when it chooses to associate with races who aren't latis will also treat their relationship this way and when it sees that the other person has outlived their usefulness or novelty, they will simply leave.
