An ancient king whose realm was shrouded in despair until the Great Jester Mage managed to coax a smile from King Sourface and the essence of the kingdom was thereby transformed.
King Sourface was a man of imposing stature, with a stern gaze that could cut through the thickest fog of doubt. His skin, once fair, had grown ashen with the weight of his perpetual frown, and his eyes, though piercing, had lost their luster to the dreariness that surrounded him. A crown of tarnished silver adorned his head, its points bent as if by the very gravity of his sorrow. His once-resplendent royal garments were now dull and tattered, reflecting the state of his realm. A thick beard, once a symbol of his vitality, had turned a lifeless gray, hanging like moss from his chin. Despite his sorrowful demeanor, his frame remained robust, a testament to the strength that had once filled his heart.
