Talc was known to be a ruthless leader within The Chain, a division of The Lock, and knew the lands of Basheba like the back of his hand. So when it was time for a new leader Xathe put his trust on Talc to keep the lands in order.

Before Basheba

Talc was born and raised within the School of Advisory, learning the ways of The Lock and how to become a leader. When he got to serving age, he served for The Lock and was drafted to Basheba to become part of The Chain. Rising up the ranks Talc showed no mercy to individuals understanding the task at hand and ensured that the continent was kept in line. So when the previous leader of Basheba passed, Xathe decided that Talc would be the right person for the job.
