Pregor Monks
These are reclusive bunch of Monks who spend their entire days learning and educating those who have been abandoned or sold to them. They live on an Island that is shrouded by magical cloud and fog. It is extremely dangerous to go sailing unannounced towards the island for it is rumored that as well as the fog, there is also something else waiting in it's midst.
The Scholars
They call themselves Scholars but in actual fact, the are more like Librarians who slave over Zeletistoria's Past, Present and Future.
The Elders
The Elders are the ones who claim to have been there when the world began. The Elders are the ones who consult with Royalty. They may be old and wise, but they are far from dull. Quite often they would tease the Scholars; giving them vague and philosophical answers to missing parts of history. - This would send the Scholars into a frenzy and would often be resolved with the Guardsmen getting involved.
The Travelers
Their name merely speaks for itself. They would go out and collect data, rumours and run errands for those on the island.
Most would pick up those unwanted children that the poorer people can't afford to feed. Others would be specifically tasked with speaking with royalty on behalf of the Elders and the remaining travelers would scour the land, looking for new histories and events, worthy enough for their historical tombs.
The Teachers
Specifically spend their days teaching the new-comers. From tilling the soil to sorcery. Philosophy to filing the scrolls. Each teacher would usually have a group of about 3/4 students.
The Mages
They deal with all of the magics on the island. There are the
Six ArchMages for each desired subject. As a collective, they keep the Island hidden from the mainland.
The Townsfolk
The townsfolk are those who grew up as part of the monastery but decided against dedicating their lives to it. Instead these people invest their time into farming, animal handling and when the time calls for it, battle.
The Guards
These are the people who keep the island safe from opposing forces and from themselves. When they are not battle hard- they are keeping the peace. Guards are combat efficient and skilled in magic
