Gryphons are a race of winged quadrupeds who are often described as resembling a combination of a large cat and bird. Unlike the creatures they resemble, Gryphons are sapient. They typically have above average strength and endurance.

Genetics and Reproduction

Gryphons reproduce sexually, and are oviparous. Incubation typically takes five months.

Ecology and Habitats

Gryphons typically prefer to live in high altitude areas, but can tolerate being on the ground. They generally hate being in small enclosed buildings or underground.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Gryphons are carnivorous, and are capable of safely eating raw meat. Plants will not harm a gryphon, but will not help them either.
