Kill the Conducator - Primer

After supporting Haso Awkotey's claim the throne in the Feimori Succession War, the Conducator of Deltan refuses to withdraw his troops from the isles, claiming that they are a rightful compensation for the losses that his nation suffered during the war.
To say the locals are unhappy with this arrangement would be an understatement. Although the isles had only recently joined Feimori, they did so diplomatically of their own volition, and the prior investments of House Awkotey into the area led to improved infrastructure and better wages.
Now, they are under the occupation of a distant empire, and one that strongly preaches a heathen religion - the Church of Shemesh.
With resistance brewing and under the gaze of neighbouring nations, the Conducator has organised talks in the capital of Feimori. He cannot be allowed to leave.

Fellow members of the resistance, we must stop this madness before it progresses any further. Your task is to inifltrate the meeting and Kill the Conducator. We must show the Republic of Deltan that we will never submit to this egregious and unjustified attack on our people!
