Too Dangerous to Colonize by civilians but there is mining base in one of the poles that holds a population of 20,000 workers. The unholy heat of the sun keeps the surface uninhabitable but spirits are able to fully live on the surface and thrive, though the noxious gases cause some partially nasty spirits to come around.
