Sheer Valencia is the last surviving member of the Original Doll Program Number 243. Last known location kuiper Belt.
Sheer Valencia is said to have commited various murders on her own volition. Using her centuries of skill to trap and psychologically torture her targets before making them bleed to death. Her cybernetics seem to be vampire themed, and has made it a point to live up to that visual. It is reported that she has formed a cult/gang of servants or family. Known as the league of the Damned.
The League is said to be made up of 100 assassins.

Born into the Doll Program and served faithfully and survived. She didn't fight in the doll rebellion or was imprisoned by it. During it's campaign she was hid away along with her handler until she was finally free when he died due to a random group of teenagers outsmarting his traps.
