Valoria Shin (Va-lore-eea Shen)
Handler Shin
Valoria is the primary handler for The Bokkensin Inkonai. She is the defacto second in command after Cheng. She has been with the Bokkens for a quite a bit of time now. With her time she has earned respect. She assists the adventurers with different job opportunities and quests around the area. She is very protective of the group and makes sure they are ready to go.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Valoria is in very fit shape. She definitely keeps active on her own time. Most likely in pursuit of her own tasks as assigned by Cheng. From outside appearances she seems incredibly healthy as well. The adventurers have only ever seen her eating at Don's Dumplings in a more healthy way.
Body Features
Her hair is her most distinguishing feature. It is a deep blue, which is not all that uncommon among the plethora of races within Zhen Gho. However what makes her quite special is how it floats. Her hair is in a constant state of slow floating and motion. It actually looks as though her hair is underwater and is moving in that way while she moves around.
Facial Features
Her face is very angular and has a slight predatory look to it. Some have described it as that of a shark or other underwater predator.
Apparel & Accessories
She normally wears simple dresses or skirts and tops. It is nothing fancy compared to the nobles of Inkonai. In her clothing choices there always seems to be a theme of blue colors and/or something that represents the sea. She is always seen with the same necklace around her neck. It is very intricate and has many pearls strung throughout it.
Specialized Equipment
The only piece of equipment that the adventurers have ever noticed is a wand at her side. It seems to be made of some kind of black iron. It is very well crafted with no blemishes that can be seen. The wand appears to be perfectly symmetrical and radiates magic.

Personal history
Not too much is known about Valoria's past. What our heroes do know is that she has worked with Cheng in the past and that the work was done in Ryma , the capital. There they had worked together within the Bokkens. Apparently they had done a good job to get the opportunity to come to Inkonaito set up the Bokkens there.
Education
Valoria seems to have some sort of formal education. She speaks with an air of dignity in her voice while having very proper grammar. Her speech is also filled with very elevated verbiage. Apart from her head knowledge she also has very keen street-smarts. She understands how cities work, where the power is located, and how to put pressure in just the right places.
Employment
As of right now she is employed with the Bokkens. It seems as though she has been with them very many years and is quite ambitious. She currently manages the "A" team within the Bokkens in Inkonai. There she provides them with different jobs, information, and general direction as to where they are needed. It also seems as though this is not where she wants to end up. Subtle hints here and there, and her dedication to the job are pointing to the fact that she may want to run a branch of The Bokkensherself.
Accomplishments & Achievements
The adventurers know little about what Valoria has accomplished over her life. They do know that The Bokkensare pleased with her work trusting her to come to Inkonai. Also from overheard conversations and general talk at Dons Dumplings they have learned that she saved Cheng's life at one point in the past.
Morality & Philosophy
While not having much physical evidence for where her morality lies they can guess. Being a part of The Bokkensshe would most likely be okay with less ethical decisions then most. In fact some of the jobs she has presented, and solutions, are not exactly on the more moral side of the spectrum.

Motivation
As far as the adventurers can tell Valoria's main motivation is to further the success of The Bokkens. She works hard to get them jobs that will increase financial and territorial goals. From there it does seem her next motivation is power for herself. She is not subtle about how powerful she is or continuing upwards in her goals.

Valoria definitely shows care and protection of those within her handle. She makes sure they are well provided for and have all the possibly information they could need. Valoria values those under her charge and makes sure they are set up for success.

Valoria is very apt in social situations and very extroverted. She is seen constantly talking to others in Don's Dumplings. She has a magnatism that draws people to her. Her words are very eloquent and well thought out.
Wealth & Financial state
Valoria has never commented on her financial status. However from her varied clothes, and the way she buys different items she seems to be rather well off. She doesn't flaunt any sort of wealth, but doesn't hide that she does have some money to support herself, and has done well for herself in The Bokkens.
