The Arcane Society issues a censure against the Kingdom of Avon.
Following the events of the 2nd Faeday of Kaelhon, also known as Bloody Faeday, the Arcane Society identified the usage of high-level magics by the Divine Emperor, Rainan. With eyewitnesses reporting the emperor bringing forth a storm of fire, the subsequent body count, in ashes at least, proved to be a direct violation of the magical usage protocol imposed by the Arcane Society on Varia's major states. The issue served as a formal warning. However, the declaration also served as precedent for an official convention between the Arcane Society and Avon with other major parties present serving as mediators, as detailed in the Avonian Accords.
