Celren
Celren is the largest forest in Arinoth, and the one with the largest of the Aldvan's cities. The massive forest is a beauty to behold, but also a danger. It recognizes those that live within it's borders, and could be called benevolent to them. But outsiders are a threat to both it and the people within, and should a single toe be out of line, the forest will strike back.
It is always in question just what that strike will be. A snake unnoticed? Or a pack of wolves? And all know that to strike at the elves that dwell in that forest, is a death sentence. As none who enter with the intent to harm Celren's people ever walk out again.
And that goes without acknowledging the prowess of the Aldvan in battle. Vicious and wild compared to their Aevan and Sylvan counterparts the Aldvan are widely considered feral compared to most races. Myths and tales of them fighting bare handed alongside the wolves and other creatures of the forest only lending more at those myths. Though as always, the truth is slightly more complicated.
Geography
Celren is an ancient forest. With tree's centuries old and magic so tied into the forest that even the animals have been altered by it. The most notable feature is always the sprawling city within, nearly all of the buildings sung and coaxed from the tree's themselves, and therefore still living.
Fauna & Flora
The most notable flora of Celren is the trees. The great oaks that make up much of the forest, sprawling and twisting around themselves are accompanied by many smaller trees and flora. All of which are generally larger within Celren than they are elsewhere in the world, feeding off of the magic that permeates the forest.
The fauna on the other hand, is generally far more dangerous. It is said that the magic of the forest makes thecreatures both stronger, and more vicious. Though that is a belief began and continued by people who were not of the forest. the Aldvan hold a strong connection to the many animals of the forest, from the wolves large as horses, to the fleet-footed foxes and the numerous birds of prey.
