Vhaeraun is the Chaotic Evil deity of Shadows, and a champion of the male Drow seeking equality with his mother Lolth. He presents as a young male Drow with long red hair, covered in scars from his time battling the creatures of The Abyss while seeking his mother's prison.

His worshippers generally worshipped him in secret, as the worship of Vhaeraun was only tolerated if it did not impact that of Lolth and the Order of Lolth's dominion over the Underdark.
They looked for equality for male Drow and were praying for his success in releasing Lolth, to try and show that society should favour them more equally.
