The local King, Ian Parnish , sees him as a threat to his legitimacy as new King of Stormbrook after its liberation by the Hero’s of Stormbrook, who were recently tasked in retrieving the Daughter of Lord Viggal (Ambrosius Viggal) in Barovia.
- Thomas Viggal’s bounty has risen to an enormous sum, wanted dead or alive by the king for a sum of 1000 gold peices, to be paid by the new King of Stormbrook, His Highness Ian Parnish . (Equivalent to 10,000 days of labor)
- This bounty has called in a large number of would be adventurers, and bounty hunters throughout the land, including yourself with several others to claim the bounty.
