Strahd von Zarovich, she fell in love with this brother
Sergei von Zarovich and was betrothed to him. Strahd found her irresistible, and made numerous advances on her. She rejected him because of his age, and for what she saw as a sadness and lack of joy in his heart.
On her wedding night in
Castle Ravenloft, Strahd killed Sergei and professed his love to Tatyana once again. She flung herself from the walls of the castle and fell to her death. However, her spirit became trapped in
Barovia due to Strahd’s curse.
Eventually her spirit was reincarnated as
Ireena Kolyana.
