The emperor's own mouthpieces within the provinces, these people travel between towns decreasing the emperor's word with their booming voices. Though they are flamboyantly dressed and audacious made up, those of the Celestial Order of the Rooster are more than capable of defending themselves against those who would wish to silence the emperor's word.
