Cliffkeep

When the cataclysm transfered the Dark Elven settlement into the Grey Mountains, the city found itself suspended between two steep mountainsides. 
The bright sunlight of the high altitude made living difficult for the Dark Elf inhabitants and so the mages of cliffkeep gathered clouds around the city. As a result the valley below is the only one in the grey mountains to have rainfall year round. This has caused it to flourish with life.
