King of Thessia Julianus Falcao

Young king of Thessia who took over from his father upon his death. Spoiled and cruel, he sees the war to the south as a prospect for conquest, and has begun building a palace temple to Bane, god of tyranny and conquest. To do this he has every able bodied man and woman in Nimea working the nearby marble quarries.
Has no blood ties to the previous royalty, rather his father was married to the previous ruler before her death and took over as king of Thessia and married Julianus' mother.
