Vezir

A large and diverse city on the river in the north of Denevir. Until recently was in the Kingdom of Ayer which allowed them much self-governance.
Now the city is in the grip of the Pyres of Ilmater and the Witch-hunters, and the once diverse city is becoming less so as racial tensions increase. Many attempt to flee but the city's gates are shut and the ports watched closely.
