Ministery of news and intelligance
Purpose / Function
The ministry has two purposes, the gathering of news and information. And the spreading out of appropriate information. While also keeping an eye on the dark web and the criminal organization Black Market who tries to under mind their efforts to keep the masses on the ship safe.
Yeah, right. Keeping use safe. Well let me break it to you princess. The only once they keep safe is themselves, not me, not your siblings or Moonlover friends. Not even you. All they spread out is their own propaganda.
Alterations
The building started as a one store, just the computer chamber. But when the Dark web and the Black Market started to rise up the building got their additional nine stores.
Is that what they tell you, well that is only part of the story. Those are indeed ten stores, but the building was always designed to have ten. But yes it started out as just one store, when they started using it. However, the other nine are only housing servers, that are powered by Dragonfire Crystals. No human is able to walk there because of the heat those things radiate. But that does not stop use from trying it with spacesuites.

The building started with only one store and quickly became a building with ten stores. The building is made from the Dragonsteel, the strongest steel inside the empire and the only thing that can contain the heat that comes from the Dragonfire Crystals that power the servers.
"Don't most buildings started out as one?" Morthia asked and Omega nodded. "Yes they do, but this only states that this one store was already in use when they build the rest. Bringing those who worked there in danger. But hey those were just people, nothing to worry about." Omega said as if it was nothing. Only Morthia could see the anger burning in her eyes.
Defenses
The first floor those not have much security, everybody can walk in and specially when they have a story to share. This however changes when people come close to the elevators this part is guarded by the Dragon Guard, nobody can enter the elevator without the right clearance.
Getting to the elevators is indeed difficult, those dragons are holding tight. But what no one seems to notice is that the building has a secret basement, which contains the office of the Minister. And if you know the way that one is easy to get to.
History
The first store was build in 3899 and was quickly being used as the ministry of News. But when the Black Market started to make its mark on the Dragonship, the building got an additional nine stores. From which eight are being used to store servers. The nine stores were build when the first store was being used, without any thought for the safety of the workers that worked there. The build of it took 2 years and claimed two lives.
My grandfather worked for the ministry, and one day he didn't get back home. My grandmother together with my infant father, rushed towards the building to find that her husband was killed. A beam had fallen down and landed on top of my grandfather and another worker of the ministry. He was taken away, and my grandmother needed to do all she could to survive. Because the ministry and the court did nothing, she didn't even got his last salary. Because it was being used to clean the street of their blood.
