Common

Common is the language spoken by almost all kingdoms as a second language at the very least, and has the most amount of kingdoms in which it is a first language. It is the universal language, to allow the human kingdoms a way to communicate with one another, and also with the elves, easily.

Geographical Distribution

Common is the most widely-spoken native tongue in Zurith, particularly on the continent of Aefareth. All kingdoms have the majority of their citizens at least partially fluent in Common, but the kingdoms in which Common is the native language are: Larimar, now part of the Kingdom of Sofía-Larimar; the Kingdom of Khaehan; the Kingdom of Lehlian; the Kingdom of Airolyra; the Kingdom of Nisha; the Kingdom of Ceoris; the Kingdom of Ailaeniel; the Kingdom of Vaesal; the Kingdom of Xeria; the Kingdom of Keothen; the Kingdom of Aekrurid; and the Kingdom of Nereitis.
