Alsuloth, Demonlord of Blood and Slaughter

Born of the blood of Kardum, Alsuloth has grown quickly through the ranks of demonkind for many material plane centuries. Before his birth, Kardum had betrayed Ansitif the Befouler and did battle with him. During this clash, Kardum had become severely wounded and lost a great deal of blood. By the end, the betrayer was victories and took dominion of The Sixth Pyre for himself. Unbeknowst to him, a new creature was formed out of the union of the blood spilt of the two great demonlords. Over time, this new abomination became Alsuloth. Thanks to this profane gift granted to him by both demonlords, Alsuloth gained immense power in a very short amount of time, and soon began to rise through the ranks of demons. Every creature he battled was slain in brutal fashion, and no amount of skill or deception could surpass him. Eventually, Alsuloth learned of his "fathers" and their great battle, and more importantly, discovered the betrayal of Kardum. Thus, Alsuloth searched the planes for his remaining father with the sole goal of bringing the betrayer low and taking his place in fair combat. Within a short amount of time, Kardum was discovered in The Sixth Pyre, and in his Castle of Obsidian, Alsuloth challenged his father. Afterwards, only one remained standing, and sitting on a Throne of Bone to this day is the new member to the hiearchy of Demonkind, Alsuloth the Demonlord of Blood and Slaughter. He now continues to influence the material plane and, more specifically, Zycore. Thanks to the weakening of the barriers between worlds, Zycore is an easy target. In centuries past, he has led army after army with the intention of gaining access to the world's blood. With this goal attained, Alsuloth would be unstoppable, capable of either unifying all demonkind or being the last one to rule all

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Alsuloth's worshippers and cultists must all prove themselves worthy of the power of their Patron Saint. So, minor recruites must all sacrifice their blood for the Blood God. In this case, members usually end up dying in the process, but then returning to life as if undead. Quite surprisingly, however, his worshippers are not by any means dead or otherwise. It has been known that they still live, though their blood pressure is noted to be extremely low and their reactions immensily increased. They also seem to lack emotion when seen in everyday life, but this lack of emotion falls away when these cultists take part in the act of slaughter or battle. Reports have stated that they feel no pain in battle, and even in the face of defeat that praise their patron in the hopes of serving him after death in his Castle of Obsidian.
The chosen or higher ranked "officials" of this cult are blessed with otherworldy power over Sangomancy, allowing them to use this power to enhance their own killing efficiency. It was noted that, in the events after The War of the Damned, a great mortal general was chosen to lead an attack force that would bring the broken world of Zycore to it's knees. Legends say that he was capable of turning rivers red with blood, summoning demons who were modified by the Demonlord himself, and letting blood rain fall upon unsuspecting civilizations. This is just a mere glimpse into to the power of Alsuloth, and he continues to look for ways of enhancing his mortal minions to spread chaos onto the world.
