Ontris, Queen of Pestilence
Introduction
Ontris was an experiment conducted by Graz'zt and Alsuloth (Demonlord of Blood and Destruction) to create a being capable of destroying any of the "good" gods/goddess. They spent incredible resources and sought the devouring of an entire plane to generate enough multiversal energy to form the body and sentience. However, Graz'zt, being his devious self, instilled within this experiment a sort of memory that would awaken within this new divine being. Thus, when it was complete, Ontris awoke with the horrible knowledge of what was done to her and to those that were destroyed to create her. Thus, her rage combined with her newfound power almost destroyed the two experimentors (especially Alsuloth), and she escaped into a plane of her own design. She now rules over the material concept of disease, suffering, and seeks to end all pain caused by tormentors throughout the multiverse. She believes that the only way to bring complete peace is through the unification of all living things by the means of spreading unknowable poisons, diseases, and so forth. Only when all living things are under her infection will the multiverse finally find peace.
Not all of her newly-designed plagues are fatal. Some of them are designed to infect the mind to the point of alleviating all personal thought and turning a victim completely numb to all that is around them. Others are designed to inflict maximum pain on those that torment others for their own benefit. So, it is quite possible that any amount of biological-like weapons used by opposing armies were given to them by Ontris for the design of ending both sides

Divine Symbols & Sigils
Ontris' Symbol that most of her clerics or priests or plague spreaders use is not generally placed on any clothing to be seen easily. Instead, it is often either a singular trinket with a carving/embossment of a siluetted women with an open palm outretech in front of her, or for the most devoted, it is often an infected part of the body that remains there and does not spread. This type of symbol is either given to an extremely devotted member or if said member wishes to please her Queen by purposely infecting their body with the most deadly disease they can find, hoping that She will alliviate their pain and bring them truly to peace.
