Engineer Walt

A reclusive man before society broke down, he spent his time learning practical skills while everyone else was out ending the world with their greed and corruption. He used to buy Zyx's Guns even before the fall, (problably keeping the asshole in the black since he was a bit of a hermit himself) and managed to find some common ground when they both fell victim to the Duke and lost everything. Now a 'founding father' and a Council member of the Whiteriver Colony, the two are looking to recruit others to their cause and fight back against the mysterious wasteland tyrant.

A grumpy handyman who still thinks the younger generation is a bunch of spoiled brats who just sit around all day, He spends most of his day building whatever needs to be built, shabby homes, workshops, and his favorite thing. Walls. There nothing more pleasing to this senile old man than a well crafted wall.

Those who try to get to know Walter find he is a bit off his rocker and doesn't listen too well to younger folks, claiming his age has filled him with wisdom. Despite his age though, he still works hard to make sure that walls are secure, and homes are safe.
