You've become a herald of the storms. As long as you are outdoors and there are strong, gale, or storm winds, you have a fly speed of 60 feet.
Additionally, you may cast Control Weather as an action without expending a spell slot. When you cast Control Weather this way, your concentration on the spell cannot be broken unless you choose to end it. Once you do so, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
