You send glowing lances of temporal energy streaking
toward three separate targets. Each target must
make a successful Wisdom saving throw or its speed
is halved and it has disadvantage on Dexterity ability
checks (but not saving throws). An affected creature
repeats the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending
the effect on itself on a success.
At Higher Levels.
When you cast this spell using
a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can create an
additional lance to target one additional creature for
each slot level above 1st. |
