If the target is your enemy, it must make a successful Wisdom saving throw or reroll its initiative check twice, keeping whichever of the two results you prefer. New initiative results go into effect at the start of the next round. At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can affect one additional creature for each slot level above 4th.
