Alucard, Cain, and Garnet reached into the burning small town littered with chaos and destruction in every direction as they looked around the scene in bewilderment and horror. If a building collapsed downward if someone just punched it to pieces, fire began to engulf and consume all in its path.
It was almost as if something just wrecked havoc throughout the whole area, and judging by the signs, they can assume the culprit was neither a human nor a man, for that matter.
"What...what happened?" Garnet covered her mouth in shock at seeing this level of destruction, even though she had never seen something like this before. Cain, on the other hand, had his usual stoic but sad expression, keeping a sharp eye out for any danger lurking in the shadows. "Vesh must be here somewhere," he said, causing Alucard to widen her eyes when they heard loud running footsteps from behind.
Turning to the source, they saw the rather hurried and stressed form of their pilot sprinting towards them in a hurried state; his exhausted appearance was as clear as the moon in this ominous night. Vesh's breathing was heavy, and his face was completely flushed red, showing he ran at top speed before stopping in a few meters. "It took him!" He said it in a desperate tone, with his entire upper body lowered and hands on his knees, trying to catch a breath.
Garnet flew forward, putting her small hand on his shoulder. "Hey, your okay, dude?" Her expression changed to relief at knowing one of their companions was seemingly unharmed. "And what do you mean by it? Where is Adam?" The latter question was more serious, as the young man doesn't seem to be present with them in this situation.
Gathering his bearings, he straightened up his chest as he spoke: "We were trying to capture the creature, but unfortunate events led to my friend's companion." For the longest time in his life, he called him a friend while showing regret for his actions when his guilt began to grow rapidly within him: "And it captured him."
Alucard angrily approached him before gripping his attire and asking, "Where is he now?" She had promised that if anything bad happened to Adam, she would make sure to kill this blue bastard once and for all. Even then, Vesh remained unfazed by this threat, as his expression formed into a scowl at being threatened at this moment.
"You better put your hands away from me, little girl," he said, giving her a death stare, having no problem killing an irritating brat. "I will only answer when you let me go and we have a civilized conversation." Instead of complying with his response, Alucard grew more angry with the statement, causing her to hold tighter.
"Young mistress! It isn't his fault!" The pixie shouted, flying between the two, "If anything, it is our fault for not arriving in time," looking at Vesh as well, showing he agrees with her words. However, Alucard disagreed with this take, saying, "That is a lie! We arrived just in time before that thing got him!" She continued to yell while getting even more irritated than she was.
Cain was more than ready to intervene and fix this issue between them, only to have their attention switched to an expanding sonic boom from the night sky as the young mistress let go of Vesh, staring at rather two large figures rapidly falling from the atmosphere, focused and confused while still standing tall in wonderment.
"That must be Adam!" Their blue alien said, pointing to one of the creatures tearing each other up in the air, "But which one is he?" Alucard pondered before her eyes shifted to another familiar creature, an eight-foot-tall black werewolf with glowing blue eyes, as the two monsters fell to the ground from afar, releasing a strong shockwave that cleared all the smoke and fire in this small community.
The side effect of the powerful wind blowing everything in its path resulted in everyone holding their ground. Cain pulled out his blue cutlass before stabbing it down; Alucard followed suit after him; her servant held onto the girl as if her life were dependent on it; and Vesh was seemingly unaffected by the blast.
As a few seconds passed, allowing them to catch a breather when the said shockwave quickly dissipated, the armed group wasted no time in running to the site where they assumed Adam was located, where they saw the wolf-man hybrid savagely tearing apart the corpse of his mutilated, transformed daughter. Their eyes changed into orange from the immense rage that he had on himself, and their fangs were visible with blood and flesh dripping down as its claws cut through the skin in an instant like butter.
They can only watch in his silence as the sounds of his violent actions echo. Adam growls in a bestial manner, making everyone's blood freeze when the new monster turns, looking at them with blood-red eyes filled with more than rage, hate, and disgust.
"Adam...?" Alucard cautiously moved forward, much to her servant's protest. "Mistress!" Garnet exclaimed from the shocked group, "Stay away from him! We don't even know if he's still himself!" But her mistress paid no heed to the warning and moved forward, showing neither fear nor disgust for him, just a strong feeling of relief, seeing that he's still alive and still himself, despite being a bloodthirsty werewolf.
"It's me, don't you remember?" Stopping in front of him, her tearful impression and calm voice did not betray the strong feelings she felt when she looked up at him with pure adoration, like how he looked at her back then, the look that told her he'd never leave her behind again: "Don't you—" She couldn't finish her sentence when Adam quickly bit her whole head off in one move, causing the headless vampire to lifelessly fall down on the snowy ground.
"MISTRESS!" Garnet was on the verge of tears as Adam lunged forward at them, forcing Cain to use his magical cutlass from his robe. Cain was capable of slicing an atom by a mere swing, but now knowing it was their friend, he was forced to not lethally slice Adam's limbs off in hopes of incapacitating their friend.
While the pixie flew towards her mistress, hovering and mourning over the loss of her best friend as Adam and Cain dish out with each other, Vesh conjured his stun gun, whose firearm shape is silver with green energy coming out of the end, aiming it at Adam before shooting it on him without hesitation, but much to his own shock, the attack didn't affect him.
"H-how?" He was in disbelief, seeing that his attacks were completely useless against the werewolf, but his answer came in the form of anger flashing before his eyes from the attack on him during his fight with Cain.
"This isn't good." As he quietly recalled this, the werewolf then roared in anger from the electric attack, only making him stronger than before, having forgotten one thing about werewolves when the brat told him about their capabilities and strength: the angrier they become, the stronger they get.
Worse, they easily adapt to any attacks, whether supernatural or elemental, making it impossible to outright kill and hurt them unless there is silver around here, in which case there isn't. And the most troubling part of all is that werewolves can regenerate wounds or missing limbs with relative ease.
Meanwhile, she continued to sob from having to watch her mistress die in front of her very own eyes, not realizing she was already rapidly regenerating her head from the beginning. "Your hurting my ears," the sudden voice said, causing her to snap out of her trance and quickly turn her attention towards the alive but exhausted Alucard.
"You're alive, but how?!" She questioned with surprise and joy, "I thought you really died!" The vampire smirked at this, saying, "Didn't I tell you before that vampires are capable of regrowing lost limbs and organs?" Garnet then laughed sheepishly at this revelation, embarrassed at forgetting something as basic as this.
"Ah, whoops," she scratched her back while saying this, but before she could even retort to her best friend, a glimpse of the deep crater at the very corner of her eyes was undressed and unconscious Lilim sleeping soundly in the hole these monsters had made made. "Lilim?! Is that her?" Pointing to the crater where the little pixie is directing her attention.
Alucard's eyes widened at this: "I have a plan," said the young mistress with a serious tone, confusing Garnet by this: "What plan?" Asked the pixie with uncertainty, not liking the idea of doing something risky for herself again, "the same one where we make you lose your head again?" Causing the mistress to be infuriated by this response.
"What?! No! Not that, you dunce!" Steam exited out of her ears from her red face and the growing impatience in her: "This plan is for her father; we need to bring him towards her, and in that way, he probably would come back to his original self," with the information now being understood by the pixie, "oh!" Now smiling happily and hopefully for this.

Vesh was suddenly gripped by the head, Adam's wolf face contorted with bloodlust and rage, ready to squish his head like a melon as the beast's orange eyes glowing brighter than the moon itself, breathing heavily into the alien's face as the hot air entered his nostrils, making the unfortunate pilot gag in disgust from the horrible stench.
He can feel his head being squashed slowly, wondering if this was the right choice he made by befriending and coming along with the human he now considered a friend, only to have him turned into a savage berserker, ready to tear him into bloody pieces if he doesn't escape in time. Fortunately, the grip on his head loosened when a small piece of rock hit the werewolf's back head, causing the beast to throw him like a ragdoll before turning.
"Hey furry!" Garnet moved her fingers with the rocks between them, smirking with satisfaction at this. "Yeah, you heard me!" Pulling her tongue out to taunt the beast as she kept on throwing more towards it, she laughed out loud from the beast's frustrated growl, "how does it feel getting hit by an insect like me?"
Enraged, the werewolf placed his arms and legs on all fours before sprinting towards her, forcing the pixie to turn and flee towards the deep crater, causing him to run after her as he growled in annoyance at her antics. The moment she was safe inside, she stopped to catch her breath, staring at her young mistress calmly sitting near Lilim's body.
"Do you think this will work?" She asked, curious to see how things would turn out for them. "It will," Alucard responded with absolute confidence, "it has to." The statement was what her servant needed to ease her worries about getting themselves shredded into pieces. "Alright." Smiling nervously, she clenches her fists as she prepares herself for what is to come.
The beast eventually arrived at the spot, where a hole was apparent inside of it. For a moment, he felt a sudden and strange emotion of confusion tinge his heart until he finally jumped in, ready to kill those annoying pests. It wasn't long until he saw them—the pixie was fearfully shaking under her boots while her sitting mistress was calm as the wind.
When he ready to lunge at them without hint of mercy, something caught his eye; it was a girl—not an ordinary girl but someone she deeply knew and cherished. And at that moment, memories of his entire life began to flood inside of his mind, letting out a reverting howl facing the sky above, mixed with the voice of his agony and the rage he felt inside of his body.
As they watched the scene playing before them, Adam slowly transformed back to human. Painfully and moaning from the agony that coursed through his body, it was a brutal sight to see; his limbs and bones were shrinking into place as fur peeled off and organs reformed themselves to his former human self until he eventually returned.
He stood in a daze with his clothes still intact, shedding tears of regret as he looked at his sleeping daughter for a moment before focusing towards them and whispering audible sentence that is difficult to hear, "forgive me."
By saying his last words, his body fell straight down; the only thing he felt was his deep regret of harming his friends and loved ones, puffing out his final breaths before closing his eyes forever.
