Gralhund Villa and the Nimblewright Report

The heroes decide to share their knowledge of the potential location of the Horn of Ketsar with the DPS and Arthur Dale. Darien, Ryker, and Ferzith go to speak with Detective David Brighthouse, Capital Park Station DPS.
All the Light Touches, Gyrah, and Grasshopper set off to find Arthur Dale and eventually reach him. They spend an half-hour watching him prepare to move on Gralhund Villa and then leave for the Royal Boar.
When the party gathers again at the Royal Boar, they decide to search for the missing Nimblewright. Four days pass of searching without any success.

On the morning of the 5th, Saeth Cromley enters the Royal Boar to thank the party for providing the tip on Gralhund Villa. As a courtesy Saeth tells the heroes what happened.
The DPS sought a search warrant from a magistrate and upon executing the warrant they found:
Officers arrived to find Orond Gralhund unconscious, and Yalah Gralhund in shock, their half-orc bodyguard was bloodied but unbowed.
Apparently the Gralhunds had been held hostage by criminals, presumed to be members of the Grant family, for more than a ten-day. Most of the criminals were killed when Orond bravely took up arms against his captors to lead the household in daring counterattack. The leader, Elias Palmer, was among those who got away. The DPS is searching for him.
There was no sign of the nimblewright in the Villa. According to the Gralhunds, the construct was delivered to the villa earlier and the family took it in, unaware of it being a Grant spy. Yalah Gralhund reported it stole her Necklace of Fireballs.
After the report from Saeth Cromley the heroes set out to look for the missing nimblewright and located it in a cul-de-sac off a busy street. The heroes attempted to capture it peacefully, but it attacked Ryker, dropping him unconscious, and then it froze, having run out of arcane energy.
The heroes tied the inert nimblewright with webbing and rope. While tying up the nimblewright, the heroes found a small paper map the nimblewright had kept under its hat. Then the heroes returned the construct to the Temple of Omos, Priestess Valetta took the inert nimblewright and paid the heroes 500 gp.
When the map was examined, the heroes found a X marking the Memorial Gardens in Highland Park and “Cassalanter” written on one corner.
The Heroes travel to the Memorial Gardens and found a monument of the Cassalanter family. The door was locked but was easily overcome and the heroes entered the monument. A search of the monument revealed the location and mechanism of a secret door to a lower level.
Entering and searching the lower level, being extra cautious to avoid traps, the heroes found two dead cultists and one human female cultist barely alive. Providing just enough healing to allow the cultist regain consciousness the heroes learn:
The survivor’s name is Vaelle Lurval.
The dead cultists are Kaeth Warloon and Holiver Tolrudder. Holiver was Vaelle’s boyfriend.
They were attacked by fellow cultists, Arn Xarlrondar, and Seffia Naelryke who have probably taken the Horn to and old windmill across town in the Grand Circus Park district.
Vaelle wants revenge.
