A council of captains Report
General Summary
Wrapping up their affairs in the exiled towers, the party discusses what their next steps should be. Asking the harbour master, being both a savvy politician and familiar with the demeanor of the captains on the council for advice. Discussing what their possible proposals or laws could be, the group settles on a relatively simple law; allow the people of shadowright a vote on the council But good advice comes with warnings too, and the party is advised to not appear to be doing this for free; after all, who knows to what level of paranoia the different captains have succumbed. No, it's better to make this appear as some sort of a "quid pro quo". In exchange for "getting rid" of the moshabarian first, a few votes for this new law can be scrounged up?
