Level 37 acolytes across Eastern North America have been called to Seabrook, equipped with "canisters" and instructed to drop the canisters in known IERA monitoring locations in the city.
Meanwhile, IERA agents are undertaking a selective 'darkening' of mutant violators who have broken the 'rules of engagement' that exist between the town of Seabrook and the IERA.
Switch Blade is the first to come on the scene, walking down the sidewalk of the abandoned war-torn part of town. Late at night, he notices several IERA agents keeping guard, but he minds is own "business" and keeps walking.
But the IERA agents confront him, make unreasonable demands, and then begin attacking him.
Their attacks have barely any effect on him, but he moves quickly to get away, heading toward the target -- the underground monitoring and control room just two blocks ahead.
Dominic and Maven are already there. Dominic is keeping IERA agents at bay, having flown in from the south and landed on the top of an apartment building. Maven took on the form of an IERA agent, successfully avoiding attention, but changed back into her grotesque form when she realized her agent form was not able to open the external access door to the underground location.
Dominic downed another agent while Maven clawed her way through the iron door.
But it was Switch Blade, in desolid form, who got to the underground agents first. He quickly dropped his canister inside the monitoring station and the team scurried away. Dominic carrying Maven away in the air and Switch Blade flying away, desolid.
But what do the canisters do?!
